当外国人更换工作单位，更换签证种类，或者签证即将到期来不及延期工作许可时，应去出入境申请停留签证。

在停留签时间内应尽量迅速办理签证的换发或延期，以在中国继续合法工作或居留。

一、办事的条件：Conditions for handling affairs:

1、免办签证入境的外国人因非外交、公务事由需要超过免签期限继续停留的；

1、交验本人有效及签证原件；
